Maintenance Guide

Maintenance Guide

To keep your Moon Doll in top condition, please follow this care guide carefully. Proper maintenance extends the doll’s life, appearance, and usability.

1. Cleaning

Use clean water and a mild shower gel to wash the doll’s surface. Do not use bar soap, especially sulfur-based soap, as soap particles stick and are hard to remove. For tough stains, gently rub with regular edible olive oil to lift the dirt easily.

For vaginal and anal cleaning, use the included irrigator: fill it with water and squeeze to flush the interior. Alternatively, remove the shower head and rinse directly. After cleaning, let the doll air dry or use a drying rod for faster results.

2. Disinfection

After cleaning, apply hydrogen peroxide (available at any pharmacy) to disinfect the surface. Do not use alcohol, as it may damage the material.

3. Avoiding Stains

Both TPE and silicone dolls are prone to staining. Always avoid dark or low-quality clothes that may bleed color.
  • Use light-colored clothing (white, pastel pink, etc.).
  • Do not leave colored clothing on the doll for long periods.
  • If mild stains occur, use olive oil or color remover cream.
  • Severe stains may be irreversible — please take this seriously.

4. General Maintenance

  • After washing, apply baby powder to keep the doll dry and smooth. Apply extra powder to areas prone to friction.
  • Always use a good amount of lubricant during intimate use to reduce wear and improve comfort.
  • Avoid exposing the doll to high heat, strong acids, or alkalis, as these can cause aging or damage.
  • When bending fingers, do not pull from the tips — hold the finger where it needs to bend. Frequent or harsh bending may break the internal wires.

5. Hair Care

  • Implanted Hair (Silicone Head): Hold the hair while brushing from the ends upward. Avoid frequent washing, as the doll does not produce natural oils.
  • Wig Hair (TPE/Silicone Head): The wig can be removed and washed. If the hair feels rough, soak it in conditioner and let it air dry.

6. Makeup

  • Use makeup remover or olive oil to remove makeup.
  • You can use regular eyebrow pencils and lipstick to apply new makeup.
  • If false eyelashes fall off, do not use super glue. Replace them with new ones and apply eyelash glue for safety.

7. Storage

  • Store the doll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not store the doll on hard surfaces to prevent flat spots. A vertical standing position with no bent joints is best.
  • For short-term storage, place the doll on soft foam padding — often included in the shipping box.
  • Change the doll’s pose occasionally to avoid stress on any one position.
  • If using standing feet, avoid long-term standing as it can weaken knee joints. Hanging is safer for prolonged storage.
  • For detachable models, store the head and body separately.
With proper care, your silicone doll will remain beautiful and functional for many years. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at dreamadolls@gmail.com.
